What our customers say about recycling with Modern Waste Solutions, word for word as they wrote it on Google.
A little bit off the beaten track in Natomas, but Modern Waste quickly and efficiently helped me recycle my broken Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries at a reasonable $/lb fee (Sac county e-waste will not accept these items). Ramiro and Vincent were very friendly and helpful.

We used Modern Waste Solutions before for one of our commercial property e-waste recycling tenant events last year with great success; this year was no different. Basically a one-stop shop that will take anything from printers, monitors, laptops, cell phones, to batteries and UPS's. Very responsive to our inquiries, showed up on time to drop off and pick up the boxes. Their staff were very professional and friendly, and even took the time to broom-sweep some debris from our lobby when they picked up the bins. Will definitely look to use them for future events at other properties!

I was extremely impressed with the personnel and the professionalism at the Modern Waste facility. I dropped off 4 hard drives which were still in their CPU desktop corpus and both Chris and Joseph were extraordinary in their professionalism and skill in walking me through all of the steps and methods of the hard drive destruction machine, And the process was very successful. I was able to see with my own eyes the actual process of the hard drives being destroyed and disintegrated. Also I wanted to say how impressed I was with the modern waste crew"s attention to detail and most importantly their attention to security & privacy They were able to give me an Official Certificate following the destruction of the hard drives which articulated the serial numbers and the manufacturers of the hard drives - and that they had been successfully neutralized and destroyed . From my perspective - the whole experience was really striking and stunning - and was a great exhibit of 'destruction technology' in action. The term "Destructuon Technolgy"has become one of my favorite phrases ' in terms of the hard drive shredding machine and the necessary techniques used to execute the destruction maneuver I wanted to say that Modern waste is on the cutting edge of destruction technology 'specifically when it relates to hard drive Destruction and shredding. Also- the payment process was very smooth, very professional and always appreciate Josephs oattention to detail, and the fact that he truly prioritizes the importance of privacy and security in all steps and aspects of the hard the drive drstruxtion.
Thank you so much for your glowing review! We're thrilled to hear about your positive experience with our team and facilities at Modern Waste. We're particularly glad that you noticed and appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail from Chris and Joseph. Ensuring the security and privacy of our clients' data is a top priority for us, and we're delighted that you could witness our destruction technology firsthand. Your feedback on our smooth payment process and our dedication to cutting-edge destruction technology is greatly appreciated. We look forward to serving you again in the future!
