Why Destroy Any Device that Stores Information

Hard Drives, SSD’s, Thumb Drives, Cell Phones, Tablets, you get the idea. We already know the reasons for the most part; laws, rules and common sense about the current risks for criminal activity, right?  Ironically, those laws and rules hold the user of the data storage device accountable for crimes should they occur.  I know, that’s not fair, but “an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure” must be the thinking, along with low hanging fruit for fines and enforcement.  That should be sufficient motivation, along with maintaining an A+ reputation with your clients and shareholders.
