Modern Waste Solutions ("Modern Waste Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at modernwastesolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to information collected through the Site and related communications. Services we perform under a signed agreement are also governed by that agreement.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us. When you submit a form on our Site — such as Contact Us, Get a Quote, or Schedule a Service — or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on the form, this may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, service address, the details of your request, and any files you attach (for example, equipment photos or inventory lists). If you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click, and the date and time of your visit. - Session recording. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the Site, through heatmaps and session recordings of interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Form fields and other inputs are always masked, so what you type is not recorded. Clarity data is processed by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Microsoft Clarity Terms of Use. Clarity sets the cookies _clck and _clsk on the Site and CLID on clarity.ms.
These analytics, advertising, and session-recording tools run unless you opt out. You may opt out by rejecting the Analytics category (which includes Clarity) or the Advertising category in the cookie banner or in the cookie settings opened by the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page, or automatically by enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and nothing loads until they accept. Opting out stops Clarity recording and deletes the Clarity cookies set on the Site.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may "share" it with advertising partners, such as Google, for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined by California law, through the advertising tags on the Site. Otherwise, we share information only as needed to run our business, including with:
